Agreed advance payment(full or partial) is must for the initiation of project. In case the customer fails to pay within the desired time then the order will be considered cancelled as, there will be no initiation of project without paid invoice.
The bundle package includes website development services as specified in the proposal. The package includes a free domain registration for one year and free hosting for one year
The customer agrees to make full payment for the selected product/ package before the project begins. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in project delays
The customer understands and agrees that the website development project will be completed within the provided timeline from the date of payment
The customer acknowledges that the free domain registration and hosting are valid for one year from the project start date (FOR BUNDLE PACKAGES). After one year, the customer is responsible for renewing the domain and hosting services at their own cost.
The customer is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials required for the website development. Any delay in providing content may impact the project timeline & budget.
The customer is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions and changes during the development process. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.
Upon full payment, the customer will own the rights to the website design and content. The developer may retain the right to showcase the project in their portfolio.
If the customer decides to cancel the project before completion, any payments made are non-refundable.
The customer may opt for a maintenance and support plan after the initial development, which will be billed separately on monthly or quarterly basis.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the website complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The developer is not liable for any legal issues arising from the content or use of the website.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
Delays from the client side may impact the timeline and could result in additional costs. The client is expected to respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information within 24 hours.
All official communication regarding the project will be conducted through agreed-upon channels.
The Client retains all rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights, to any content they provide.
If the Client fails to respond to communication for a period of seven consecutive days, despite reasonable follow-up attempts, the project may be placed on hold or terminated. If the project is delayed by more than fourteen days due to clients expanded requirements beyond the original scope the Service Provider reserves the right to Provide a revised quote or invoice reflecting the additional time.
