Terms & Conditions

  • 1. This agreement governs the combined Email (NNGMS) and spam protection (Spam Expert) services (“Bundle”) provided by “Nexus” to the “Customer”.

  • Only one bundle per domain. Marketing, bulk, or unsolicited emails are strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to suspension or termination. Domains on spam/RBL lists (e.g., SBL, XBL, APWG, etc.) won’t be processed and may be suspended if listed later.

  • Upgrades are allowed. Downgrades are not permitted.

  •  All services are prepaid; invoices must be cleared in advance to avail services refunds on prepaid services, including partial months.

  • Services require written cancellation, with at least 1 month’s prior notice. Post-cancellation, the domain and data may be retained for one week before permanent deletion. Provider may terminate immediately for policy violations or non-payment.

  • Weekly backups are included. In Spam Experts’ outgoing mail service, the backup will be managed from the client side using Outlook. Restoration beyond that is available for an additional fee.

What are the Nexus Next Generation Mail Solutions plan options?

All packages include 50 MB attachments, auto-responders, branded SSL, greylisting, 99.9% uptime, syncing, calendars, weekly backups, and 24/7 support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade the plan?

Yes, upgrades are supported—but downgrades (to a lower-tier plan) are not permitted.

How is spam handled?
Basic spam control is availabe in control panel with "SpamAssassin" option. Subscribe SpamExpert’s filtering
bundle addon for robust protection. NNGMS enforces a strict no-spam policy—unsolicited or bulk emailing,
purchased lists, etc., are not allowed. Violations may lead to immediate suspension.
How do I access my email?
Use your white-labeled webmail URL (e.g., webmail.yourdomain.com) along with your email and password.
Which ports can I use for SMTP?
  • Default: Port 25
  • Alternate (if blocked): Port 587
What devices and clients are supported?
Access from desktop, tablet, or phone via any modern browser. Supports POP3/IMAP and works with clients like Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail, and more.
 
How long until DNS records propagate?
Typically 4–6 hours, though sometimes just a few minutes.
 
What about backups?
NNGMS includes weekly backups. For restoration beyond that, separate request and applicable fees may apply.
 
What if my domain is blacklisted?

Domains listed on blacklists (e.g., Spamhaus SBL, XBL, etc.) will not be accepted and may be suspended if listed later.
