While all additional services can be availed separately as add-ons, Nexus is not responsible for service suspension due to unauthorized resource usage and does not guarantee backup services in such cases.
1. Nexus Technologies provides state of the art Cloud VPS solutions for your Website/Application. We are providing services from low end budget up to your desired requirements & You will get a secured solution for your Website/Application. Security is a primary concern for Nexus as the data of the customers are more important.
2. Note: If your Website/Application gets hacked, it doesn`t mean that your Dedicated Cloud VPS /server is hacked as, we are providing security for your Dedicated Cloud VPS.
3. The Client agrees that the Hosting Provider is not liable for any bugs, performance issues or failure of their software / Application. Any bugs, performance issues or failure with the software or application will be direct responsibility of the Developer(s).
4. We advise our clients to consult our technical team for any package. Our team will recommend the best solution by keeping in mind the growth rate of your website or web solution. In other case, we may not guarantee the stability of your website. For any customized package you can reach us at [email protected].
5. Client must agree to take full responsibility for his/her files/data transferred to and must maintain appropriate backup of his/her files/data stored on Nexus servers. Nexus will not be responsible for any data/file loss.
6. Nexus’s aim is to provide 100% uptime for all our services to our clients but maintenance at our data centres will be required, occasionally i.e. every 2-3 months.
7. Nexus strictly forbids websites with adult graphic content (softcore and/or hardcore), including but not limited to, banner advertising, any adult website(s), child pornography, and distribution of adult website passwords. On violation of this policy, Nexus reserves the right to terminate Client’s account without notice and are subject to a maximum clean-up/disconnect fee. 8. Nexus informs 24 hours prior to maintenance activity (unless there is critical activity) to all the clients via email on registered email addresses provided by the customer. In addition, we also advise all our customers to back up their latest data before the planned maintenance activity to avoid any inconvenience.
9. Any Customization for Nexus Cloud VPS Packages / Dedicated Cloud VPS will not be entertained. After order processed.
10. Cloud VPS Packages / Dedicated Cloud VPS setup may take up to 4 hours to 12 hours depending on the client’s requirement after the order payment.
11. Bandwidth’s limit will be as per the selected package by the customer. However, customer can request for an additional bandwidth and it will be considered as an add-on and charged as per additional bandwidth policy. For details, Check our ADD-ONs.
12. By ordering for any Nexus Cloud VPS Package, Client will automatically be accepting our all Policies.
All Nexus Cloud VPS & Dedicated Servers are provisioned with a default uplink speed cap in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and fair usage guidelines.
Nexus Technologies manages to keep uplink speed and bandwidth pricing consistent and steady for both local and international customers.
Local Nexus Cloud VPS & Dedicated Servers offer lower latency and higher performance, but are associated with higher operational costs. Conversely, international Nexus Cloud VPS & Dedicated Servers provide more cost-effective solutions but may experience higher latency due to geographic factors.
Customers can migrate from local to international Nexus Cloud VPS & Dedicated Servers for cost-effectiveness; however, this will involve a trade-off in latency and response time. The migration process will depend on the total data size and will be subject to applicable migration charges.
Clients requiring additional local uplink capacity may opt for specialized uplink add-ons. They also have the option to request a dedicated uplink connection, for which they can contact [email protected].
18. Customers may upgrade or shift to new upgraded Cloud VPS package / Nexus Cloud VPS. Pre-requisites for upgrading includes customer request via registered email address through client area. Upgrade process requires reboot and minimum of 15-30 minutes of downtime in case current node is lacking resources. Nexus support team will coordinate with the customer with-in 2 hours of the up-gradation request.
19. Customers are only allowed to upgrade an existing Nexus Cloud VPS package to higher package; down-gradation of Cloud VPS packages is not permissible.
20. Nexus is Liable to Suspend and recover the difference amount in case any customer is underpaying subject to advertised pricing.
21. All orders will be processed after the payment clearance. Customer will pay in advance for their desired or selected Nexus Cloud VPS Packages. Billing cycle starts from the date of order payment or setup of services if processed on due basis.
22. NO Refund – In case of cancelation of services, any refund (if admitted by Nexus) will be adjusted in the form of credit under your billing profile.
23. Nexus will NOT be responsible for any Data Loss after the services are stopped due to non-payment. However, it is advised to customers that inform Nexus (assigned focal personal) regarding their payment delay through email from registered ID.
24. Customers must have to pay before the due date for smooth services. If customer is unable to pay his/her bill within the grace period, all services will be Suspended without any further notice. Unsuspension will be subject to clearance of all dues.
25. Termination: 5 days after the expiry, VPS will be terminated and there will be no data / backup.
26. Free Default Backup: Type would be i.e. Server Image / Snapshot Image KVM based.
27. Only Guaranteed Backup of Nexus Cloud VPS Packages are maintained those who have opted Backup as an ADD-ONs.
28. Free Default Backup: retention period as per policy is (1) once in a month, only 1 backup will be maintained which will be overwrite, once new Backup is generated.
29. Free Default Backup: for these packages is Weekly.
30. Customer can request for restoration process only once in a month, additional restoration requests will charge to customer as an Add-on service and will be billed separately.
31. Nexus will be responsible for the restoration of Dedicated Cloud VPS only. Any data within your website/application doesn’t fall in the backup policy of Nexus Technologies. Data within website/application will be customer’s responsibility.

We advise our clients to consult our technical team for Server recommendation. Our team will recommend the Best solution by keeping in mind the utilization and required resources. In other case, we may not guarantee the stability of your server.
Weekly and Monthly backups are maintained by Nexus and may be provided as an add-on in .tar and .gz file. In other case, Clients are advised to keep their own backups as well to avoid any inconvenience. However, in Case of Cancellation, Termination & Crash, Nexus may not guarantee this backup.
Nexus reserves the right to suspend your account on violation of Nexus Restricted content policy, Check AUP for more details.
Server Setup including Hardware Installation, OS and Software level updates may take 24-48 hours.
Managed and Unmanaged services will be provided as per the Client’s approval. Any support required for unmanaged server may be charged separately.
cPanel / Plesk hosting panel license, paid backup addon, clarity and locking of backup type (i.e. complete data, specific files and folders etc.) with our technical support staff consultation.
