Simplified Shared Hosting Terms and Conditions

PK domain & Hosting is coupled in the Package and are not transferrable or exchangeable with any other domain or hosting package of client already with Nexus Technologies.

Terms & Conditions

1. Our new simplified hosting packages are state of the art packages covering latest operating systems, covered with free backup and deployed on sophisticated latest hardware machines. Basic Packages are recommended Only for Personal and Portfolio websites. We may not guarantee these services for Business websites.

2. These Terms & Condition Covers & Apply on Below Packages

    • Host Zero
    • Smart Web Hosting
    • Free Domain Simplified Hosting
    • .pk Domain Hosting
    • .ae Domain Hosting

3. Free Domain Simplified Hosting are minimum for 1 year as per the domain registration cycle.

4. PK + Hosting Packages are minimum for 2 Year as per the PK domain Registration cycle.

5. AE + Hosting Packages are minimum for 1 Year as per the AE domain Registration cycle.

6. This hosting is coupled in the Package and are not transferrable or exchangeable with any other domain or hosting package of client already with Nexus Technologies.

7. Upon Cancelation of package customer/ Client hosting Package will be Canceled, still domain will remain active for the paid period and will be customer’s property.

8. Customers have the right to change the name server and can also transfer the domain following SOPs, client will be advice to reach [email protected].

9. Nexus reserves the right to suspend your account on violation of Nexus Restricted content policy, Check AUP for more details.

10. In-Case of Non-Payment Services will be suspended automatically, whole profile can also be suspended for payment recovery purpose.

11. After Registration of Domain & Hosting, upon cancelation of Package No refund will be claimed.

12. Basic (cPanel / Lets Encrypt) SSL will be included in shared hosting packages, for paid SSL, please check SSL Certificates. 

Backup Terms

13. Backup Type would be i.e. tar.gz based Zip. WHM/cPanel based, we don’t guarantee the restoration of our backup to any other hosting panel.

14. Free Default Backup service is included in the package, as a courtesy to cover any Natural Disaster, Server Crash & Customer. In Case of Cancellation, Termination & Crash, Nexus may not guarantee this courtesy backup.

15. Customer can request for restoration process of free default backup (2) times in a year, additional restoration requests will charge to customer as an Add-on service and will be billed separately visit ADD-ONs.

16. Free Default Backup for these packages is Monthly.

17. Free Default Backup retention period is One (1), which will be overwritten, once new Backup is generated.

18. However, clients can opt for paid backups, guaranteed, please check available ADD-ONs.

19. Nexus will be responsible for the restoration of whole account. Any data within your account that is any website/application functionality doesn’t fall in the backup policy of Nexus Technologies. Data within the account will be customer’s responsibility.

Migration from Legacy Hosting Packages

Considering the IT industry momentum, we have launched new state of the art, more secure and reliable packages with latest and supported operating systems. Our old packages served well since a decade but now it is must to move forward with sophisticated hardware and latest packages. New packages have been designed to cover higher specs, free SSL and backup and with more affordable prices.

  • If your hosted packages OS > Centos 7 with PHP Version > 8 then:
    • You can move to latest packages by coordinating with sales staff
    • If the operating system (OS) is updated and supported, then migration is possible and can be requested via email on [email protected].
  • If your hosted packages OS < Centos 7 with PHP Version < 8 then:
    • You will not get any security patches and updates.
    • WHM feature and new version are not supported
    • Price of packages will be revised as per principle please check:
    • You can keep you package running without comparing it with new packages price.
    • you can subscribe to latest package but you have to make your application compatible to that by your development team.
    • Nexus will not guarantee your application functionality until or unless it is properly tested and verified.

Free Domain Simplified Hosting

Basic Packages are recommended Only for Personal and Portfolio websites. We may not guarantee these services for Business websites.
All services exclusive of this package may be availed as an add-on that will be charged separately.
Nexus reserves the right to suspend the client’s website if their Disk space, Bandwidth, CPU Usage, Email or FTP accounts exceed from their assigned limit.
Nexus may Not be responsible if the client’s services got suspended on unauthorized use of resources.

Free .PK Domain Hosting

All PK + Hosting Packages are minimum for 2 Year as per the PK domain Registration cycle.
Customers Have already PK domain with Nexus Can avail the Free domain facility by Acquiring any of the PK + Hosting package which billing & Sales department will Sync.
PK domain & Hosting is coupled in the Package and are not transferrable or exchangeable with any other domain or hosting package of client already with Nexus Technologies.
Upon Cancelation of package customer/ Client hosting Package will be Canceled, still PK domain will remain active for the said period and will be customer’s property.
Customers have the right to change the name server and can also transfer the domain following SOPS, client will be advice to reach [email protected].
SPAM / Mass Mail, Marketing Mail or breach of AUP will lead to suspension.
In-Case of Non-Payment Services will be suspended automatically.
After Registration of Domain & Hosting, upon cancelation of Package No refund will be claimed.
Free Monthly Backup service is included in the package, as a courtesy to cover any Natural Disaster, Server Crash & Customer Negligence with 1 Month Retention & will be overrided in case of Next Backup. Client Can Request (1) One Restore for Free as included in Package. In Case of Cancellation, Termination & Crash, Nexus may not guarantee this courtesy backup.

Backup Terms: Simplified Shared Hosting

  1. Backup Type would be i.e. tar.gz based Zip
  2. Default Backup will be courtesy and may only cover the hardware failure or nexus end restoration.
  3. Backup retention period as per policy is as below once in a month, only 1 backup will be maintained which will be overwritten as per subscribe cycle, once new Backup is generated.
  4. Below is the available subscription detail for Backup execution:
    a) Monthly Backup cycle: Free 30th/31st of Every Month Midnight as Per PST Default Free.
    b) Weekly Snapshot Backup cycle: $3/month Each Weekly (In between Saturday / Sunday) of every month Midnight as Per PST
    c) Daily Snapshot Backup cycle: $5/month Every Day 12:00 Midnight as Per PST
  5. Any Customization in Backup may reach us at [email protected].
  6. Customer can request for restoration process only once in a month, additional restoration requests will charge to customer as an Add-on service and will be billed separately.
  7. Nexus will be responsible for the restoration of Dedicated Cloud VM only. Any data within your DCVM that is any website/application doesn’t fall in the backup policy of Nexus Technologies. Data within the DCVM will be customer’s responsibility.

Free Monthly Backup service is included in all the Basic Hosting packages, as a courtesy to cover any Natural Disaster, Server Crash & Customer Negligence with 1 Month Retention & will be override in case of Next Backup. Client Can Request (1) One Restore for Free as included in Package. In Case of Cancellation, Termination & Crash, Nexus may not guarantee this courtesy backup.
Monthly Backup Schedule: 1st of every month, Backup completion & availability May be dependent upon data size can vary from 1-2 days.
However, in case of daily or weekly then Add-on service are to acquire in separate, we advise Clients to keep their own Backups as well to avoid any Inconvenience.
